Follow our instructions and your candles should burn correctly.

1. The first time you burn our candles allow it to burn to the outer edges for a minimum of 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool.

This will ensure an even burn and prevent tunnelling.

2. Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

3. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass.

4. Always trim your wick before each burn to 5 mm ensuring you remove any mushroom head and make sure the wick is upright. Our wick trimmer on accessories page.

5. Only burn your candle on a level heat resistant surface and not near anything that could catch fire.

6. Never burn candles within reach of children.

7. Dont burn your candle all the way down, stop burning candle when there is approx 12mm (1.2cm) of wax left at the bottom.

Large 3 wick candles burn for approx 50-55 hours and medium single wick candles for approx 40-45 hours.
